You can set and edit the parameters of the filter and save this to the ToolPalette in your personal gallery. You can also submit your own filters to the Imagelys Filter Library. The Imagelys Filter Library is a free online repository of user-created filters to which you can contribute.

You can submit your own filters to the Imagelys Filter Library using the Submit Wizard, and see their popularity.

First, open an image. Then, in the ToolPalette, click the category of filter you are interested in, then click one of the filter icons.

 

In the Filter Parameters dialog box, you can adjust the filter parameters. If you are not satisfied by the result, you can also choose an other filter by clicking into the ToolPalette.

Now, click the Apply button. After a little while (the rightmost portion of the status bar shows the progress), the rendered filter will be displayed.
