You can apply watercolor effects to your images files very
easily.
This tutorial uses a filter named Watercolor Frame 11. You can
download this filter with the Imagelys Filter Library. See
here.
 Step 1
In the main toolbar, click to open and choose an image file.
Step 2
Now, in the ToolPalette, click the category of effect you are
interested in, then click one of the effect icons to the right,
and click the generate button.
Step 3
After a little while (the rightmost portion of the status bar
shows the progress), the rendered effect will be displayed.

Now, into the ToolPalette, click the effect Watercolor Frame
11 and click the Generate button to apply the filter to the
image.
